Vidya serves on the boards of Work Human, which provides cloud-based solutions for human capital management, and InfluxData, which enables developers to build IoT, analytics, and monitoring software using InfluxDB. She was also Snorkel AI’s adviser. Vidya earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Vidya has worked for well-known firms in senior positions, including Bain & Company, Intuit, Mulesoft, Asisero, and Marqeta. Vidya held several critical roles at Marqeta, including chief product and chief operating officer.
