Tamara is Plaid’s Head of Partnerships and is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation. She previously worked at Meta as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships, leading the company’s efforts to build strategic alliances with leading technology companies. Tamara was instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and expanding Meta’s reach into new markets in this role. Tamara spent several years before joining Meta in various leadership roles in the financial technology industry, including as a senior manager at Visa USA and Chase. Outside work, Tamara is an active community member and volunteers with several local organizations.
