Penny is the president and CEO of Woman Technology, which empowers girls and women at all stages of their STEAM careers, from the classroom to the boardroom. She was also First Data’s Vice President and Chief Technology Control Officer. She oversees FD’s Technology Controls Program, coordinating compliance, legal, cyber security, and technology to ensure effective IT controls. Penny is the Global Security and Controls PMO owner and leads global disaster recovery efforts for application development. She has over a decade of experience leading international teams and driving some of First Data’s most significant programs. Penny is a Global Advisor for First Data’s Women’s Leadership Council, a Women in Technology advisory board member, and works with several charities in Atlanta to raise awareness of technology opportunities for female students in Georgia.
