Pam is the President and CEO of the U.S. branded cards and lending at Citi. She led her teams in developing client-focused features and products that meet customers’ financial needs in novel and creative ways. Pam oversees all aspects of management for U.S. Cards at Citi. Before her current role, Pam was the Head of Consumer Branch Banking and Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank before joining Citi in July 2020, where she was responsible for all employees and all sales and services across Chase’s five thousand branches. She was also the President of Branded Cards for Chase Card Services, overseeing the Chase Sapphire, Freedom, Slate, and Ink card portfolios. Pam worked for American Express as the Executive Vice President and General Manager for much of her career before joining J.P. Morgan Chase in 2014.
