Laura Miller is the president of J.P. Morgan Merchant Services, overseeing the financial advisory and processing services teams. Under her leadership, J.P. Morgan continues to grow its business in the card transaction space through strategic partnerships with select acquirers and issuers that leverage J.P. Morgan’s proprietary solutions and deep expertise in the payment process industry. She has also worked at American Express as a Vice President – Commercial Cards for almost 11 years. As President of JPMorgan Merchant Services, Laura manages the organization’s innovative payment processing and risk management services that enable our clients to grow and thrive. She aims to drive business growth and profitability while driving the firm’s health through initiatives that foster healthy development, innovation, and learning. For over twenty years, Laura has become a leader in merchant and client management services. She developed and managed significant portfolios of clients to achieve their business goals.
