Colleen is the president of merchant services in the U.S. at American Express, leading business strategy, marketing, and sales efforts. In addition, she builds relationships with key partners and is a member of the company executive management team.
At American Express, Colleen is responsible for product development and execution. In addition, she focuses on building capabilities to support global digital commerce, including payments and card acceptance for online transactions. Before joining American Express in 2020, Colleen was an Independent Director at Bill.com. Colleen has also held Chase Merchant Services, Wells Fargo, and MasterCard posts.
