Angela Conti is the Head of Deposits and Retail Payments at USAA. She is responsible for driving growth in its deposit and credit card programs through strategic initiatives, product development, technology, and innovation. She was previously a product marketing executive at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on digital marketing and digital payments. Angela oversees all the currencies, in-store banking, direct deposits, and digital and card payments across USAA’s nine franchise locations in Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada. Her team is responsible for developing and executing all back-end processing. Angela collaborates closely with her team to ensure they meet SMB clients’ pain points needs while optimizing technology to deliver value that matters. As the Head of Deposits and Retail Payments at USAA, she also manages the development of a payments platform that provides an integrated array of banking features. She has spent her career focused on what customers need to live better every day.
