Sara is the Chief Executive Officer for Fexo, a successful multinational financial business solution provider based in Ireland, serving over fifty countries worldwide. Fexco is active in FX, treasury, digital tax, and government-backed financing.
Before joining Fexco, Sara was an EMEA Wholesale Payments and Global Merchant Services Leadership Team member based out of J.P. Morgan’s Dublin office. Sara has worked in the non-cash payments industry for over 25 years, gaining an in-depth grasp of local, regional, and global payment systems. Sara has led several worldwide growth, expansion, and sales transformation initiatives in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC for some of the world’s leading companies, payment, and Fintech organizations.
Before her work at J.P. Morgan, Sara held several senior leadership and executive positions in the payments industry. In addition to driving the international growth agenda for J.P. Morgan Merchant Services, she is the Chairperson of the J.P. Morgan DE&I Committee in Ireland and the Executive Sponsor of the EMEA Black Heritage Form. Sara is an award-winning, enthusiastic supporter of others and diversity advocate who has played a crucial role in promoting global, deliberate equality, diversity, and inclusion agendas both within and publicly.
