Ioana is Product Lead – Card Issuing at Dojo. Since its launch in 2019, Dojo has quickly expanded and now welcomes over 1550,000 customers. Ioana is participating in and assisting in turning Dojo into an acquirer-issuer in the card payments industry.
Before joining Dojo, Ioana worked at American Expre3ss and the Confederation of British Industry (CBI). While at American Express, Ioana was exposed to the card business, and at CBI, Ioana gained policy experience working with the government.
Ioana migrated to the United Kingdom from Romania when she was ten and was the first family member to attend university. Ioana attended Loughborough University, among the top ten universities in the United Kingdom, and graduated with a degree in International Relations.
