Dr. Kriti Jain is the Managing Director and APAC Head of New Economy Cash Solution Sales at Deutsche Bank, a leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. In her role at Deutsche Bank, Kriti focuses on enabling corporate and merchant solutions, providing strategic advisory, and capturing new opportunities in the digital economy.
Kriti has extensive expertise and focuses on decision-making and risk management regarding top-level strategic leadership and public policy. Thinkers50, a global organization dedicated to identifying and ranking leading management ideas, has recognized her as a global thinker with the potential to change the world of theory and practice, bestowing her with the title “World Thinker of the Year.” Kriti’s investigation of the decision-making process has also earned her numerous renowned awards from the European Union, the government of Spain, and the United States. She has a tenured associate professor position at Spain’s IE Management School, which is consistently ranked as one of the best business education institutions in the world.
She earned a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from INSEAD, where her research has been published in reputable academic journals. Some examples of these journals include Management Science, Harvard Business Review, Human Resource Management, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, and Journal of Operations Management. Through her many partnerships with various business schools and training alliances, Dr. Jain will teach classes and lead customized training programs on strategic decision-making, leadership, managing talent, and negotiations. Her students include business executives, lawyers, business owners, and students working toward their doctorates. Her pupils come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including those of business owners and attorneys. These classes are in great demand because they combine the rigor of scientific study with the practical application of that study to industry.
Kriti worked for McKinsey & Company on risk management projects concentrating on the energy and materials industry for global customers in Europe and the Middle East before she entered the academic world full-time. Kriti has produced training programs on women’s leadership and entrepreneurship, some of which have been utilized by the United Nations. She strongly advocates diversity and inclusion, particularly in developing markets. She is a member of the advisory boards of numerous different companies, in addition to being a public speaker and a media commentator.
