Shauna Archibald holds the Head of Client Delivery role at Chase Merchant Services Canada. Over more than 20 years working in the payments sector, she has held positions on the industry’s merchant acquiring and card issuing sides. As Executive Sponsor of Women on The Move and Co-Chair of the Black Organization for Leadership Development, she strongly advocates diversity and inclusion at J.P. Morgan Chase Canada. In addition to having a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Shauna has also earned her Certified ScrumMaster® certification.
