Megha is one of the co-founders of Mydoh by RBC Ventures and serves as its Head of Technology. In this role, she manages a high-performing team of software engineers who tackle challenging and exciting challenges in tech and payments. In this capacity, Megha is responsible for developing the technological roadmap for Mydoh, managing interactions with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and expertise. Megha worked as a microservices architect at TD Bank before she started at RBC.
She has also worked as a developer in the start-up ecosystem for firms such as the DMZ at Ryerson, Sensibill, Magnet Today, and Crowdbabble. Her previous employers include those organizations. Megha is quite enthusiastic about problems such as diversity in recruiting and successful team development, payment technology, and the design of technological systems. Megha is a computer engineer with a degree from Ryerson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering in the discipline.
