Daniela Carnevale Aubry is Metrolinx’s Deputy Chief Payments Officer and EVP Head of Clients and Customers. In this role, she oversees all low-value payment channels throughout the company, such as mobile wallets, e-Transfers, and bill pay software. Furthermore, Daniela helps with payment strategy and modernization projects. Daniela is an enthusiastic payment, retail sales, and product leader with expertise in bringing about change and producing outcomes, having spent the previous decade in the FinTech industry before joining Metrolinx. Before Metrolinx, Daniela worked at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). At CIBC, Daniela participated in the Technology & Operations Inclusion sub-committee as a member and a mentor with the #MovetheDial – Mentorship Program for CMIC WMT. Daniela is a champion for gender parity, diversity, and work-life balance.
