Her work experience in the payments industry spans various responsibilities, including customer relationship management, operational leadership, scheme ecosystem management, governance, and risk analysis. Kim has led various high-performing teams, all of which have produced exceptional customer service and significant cost reductions due to their dedication to continual process improvement and reengineering. Kim is an active leader who strongly emphasizes developing her teams to achieve a result that is to the end customer’s advantage.
