Susan Nicholson is the general manager of digital payment, SecurePay Group, for the Australia Post. Australia Post is a government-owned corporation that provides a wide range of postal services in the country and worldwide. Susan develops and provides financial solutions to connect target segments with customers through digitizing their payments and supply chain processes, helping deliver efficient internal processes and a better customer experience.
Before joining Australia Post, Susan worked for WEX as Director of Product and Marketing, first in Australia and then for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, she was responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing strategy, as well as developing new products and enhancements to existing ones, all always to maximize the quality of the customer experience.
Susan briefly worked at GE before working at WEX. At GE, she was a market leader in lifecycle marking and served in other positions, such as GE Credit, primarily emphasizing the company’s card and personal loan products. Susan also worked at Coles Myer for over ten years. Group (Wesfarmers) is part of the company’s key card and loyalty programs.
