Michelle directs and integrates the business strategy and needs for the whole RBC for the digital, real-time suite of payment capabilities, including the real-time rail. To guarantee the successful execution of program activities, Michelle collaborates with Payments Canada, Interac, the industry, and the RBC program team.
Michelle has worked in financial services for over 20 years and has held various leadership roles in digital, payments and trade, product and operations support, and banks, brokers, and exchanges. Her expertise totals over 20 years. She has gained depth and breadth of expertise in payments, clearing, and settlement, as well as industry organizations, which will position her well for the new job she will be taking on because of her previous positions. Michelle managed a team delivering many significant projects to enhance the security, usability, and functionality provided in RBC’s commercial online banking and transfer services platforms before assuming her current position as team leader.
