Carolyn is the Head of Payments Transformations across UBS’s global wealth management business. Before joining UBS, Carolyn was the head of consumer and business banking payments at Santander Bank. During her career, Carolyn has developed a deep knowledge of payments technology, customer experience, and digital transformation, drawing from her time working in the banking and payments industries. Carolyn is known for her strong leadership skills and ability to drive favorable business results. For example, she helps new and younger colleagues gain exposure by inviting them to present new products, and during the pandemic, she assisted with virtual support groups for female colleagues.
