Bhattacharjee is Goldman Sachs’ Chief Operating Officer and head of partnerships and transaction banking. She oversees the transaction banking department’s long-term growth and strategy and its risk, operations, finance, marketing, and corporate development initiatives. She has worked with payment companies such as American Express, Visa, and Fiserv to form partnerships and launch multiple products. She is an Indian native who collaborated with Goldman Sachs leaders on a series of projects to create a new network of female sponsors who believed in her potential. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2016 to lead asset liability management initiatives and has had the unique opportunity to help incubate and grow the transaction banking business.
