Chrystina is the president and CEO of ICBA Bancard, the nation’s most extensive credit card program designed exclusively for community banks. She joined the company in 2016 and is responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness among current and new customers. She has over 36 years of experience and is a former community banker holding senior leadership positions at Sandy Spring Bank for two decades. Payment systems, digital banking, risk and fraud, vendor management, marketing, and client service are among her areas of expertise. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Master of Business Administration.
