Carolyn is president of Featurespace America, which oversees the sales, customer success, marketing, and professional services departments. She is a strategic leader with experience in operations, finance, sales, and risk management across the globe. Before her current role, Carolyn served as ACI’s Chief Risk and Administration Officer, overseeing the Global Enterprise Risk Management Program, Global Information Security, Corporate IT, Global Facilities, and Procurement functions. Her roles included compliance, privacy, and business continuity. Carolyn has significantly impacted ACI in various roles, including VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, VP of Programs & Initiatives, SVP of Customer Management, and Group President On-Demand.
