Serena is the Chief Client Officer of i2c Inc., the preferred issuer processor for banks, fintechs, and other payment card issuers. She has over two decades of experience in financial technology and is an award-winning executive and accomplished industry speaker. Serena is also a board member at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, an executive in financial services at RealPage, Inc., and the Head of Global Treasury Management and Payment Strategy at Texas Capital Bank. Serena was also the Division Executive and the Global Head of International Payments Strategy & Product Management of FIS in 2003 and has managed the debit business in Georgia and served as the North American Retail Payments Chief Client Officer. She has held key positions in P&L management, product development, sales, operations, and service delivery. She was recognized for her contributions to the payment industry.
